Plan- Revitalize former VM Classics Series.

Cars:
- Low-high A class. Using a wide assortment of cars, ranging from 2001 Acura Integra to 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe.
- Will be balanced over length of series. With the selection of cars, there will be standouts, which will be BOPed for future events.
- I've left a few cars out (Alfa 33, Vandura, Lambo LM002) because they are outliers. More may go on the list.

Builds:
- Race compound if possible, though some may require less.
- NO ADJUSTABLE AERO
- STOCK RIMS
- Full handling and driveline upgrades if possible. Weight reduction will depend on the car.
- Average PI around A650
- No motor swaps and/or aspiration conversions unless entirely necessary.

First series will be more of a beta than anything. BOP will be allowed mid season (within reason). I don't think many will have an issue with this, the understanding being that the more participation means the quicker the kinks of the series are worked out.

Schedule:
- Vintage style tracks including Le Mans Old, Nordschleife, Monza, etc.. New tracks will be used too.
- VIR will be used at some point but not until more people have the Porsche Pack.
- Assortment of tracks/layouts to benefit certain cars in certain weeks (e.g. Yas Marina vs. Lime Rock)

What I need- Help testing!

EDIT- In the spoiler is the build for the 69 Trans Am. Base anything you build/drive off of this. I'm using Hockenheim National as a testing ground, I hit a 1:35.9 with a stock tune, adjusted the ride height and the brakes only.

As a sidenote, this series was the most popular event VM ever produced. They had 9 seasons, minimum participation was I believe above 30 and peaked at 150+. It's a popular event that pulls in people from all sorts of places. We can really draw people in for this series.

Datewise- I think Sundays are the go-to. Saturdays was the old slot but VEC has taken that. This series deserves Signature status. Definitely not a weekday event.

I'm thinking 35-50 minutes, much in the vein of Classics was. Any more than that and it gets a bit excessive. 25-30 min is too short imo.

If someone, or me if wanted to, make a car that is in the 'middle' so that I/we the DEV Team can use that as a boundary to work around.

to be clear on how series get dubbed "official", you've got to have 2 staff members running the series. We also don't force a series on the staff members that run that day. So you've got Jack (TheOneNamedJack), Shane (LER VisionThing), and James (HCR Motorhead) that are available to help run sunday series. If this gets evolved and you want it run as a TURN official series, you've got to convince those 3 that this is the series that THEY want to run, not necessarily that there's a huge audience for it.

weekdays, we've got Shane (LER VisionThing), Chad (F4H Stingray), and Clay (F4H XessIV) running the masters series.
