Are you planning on a particular car to be the yard stick?

I do, yes, but I need to build said car. I built the Integra and 97 Civic but FWD is not good for a baseline.

I'm thinking that the 69 Firebird will be a good base once I build it. It won't be too extreme in either direction.

And are we looking at full race driveline, race tyres, lightest rims, aero and full handling (excluding weight reduction) as mandatory parts? And then balancing with power, weight and tyre widths?

Nah man, I hadn't really specified what I was looking to do. I only just put it in there.

All cars will definitely have race transmissions, and cars will be removed if they aren't going to be competitive. An example would be the Ford Fiesta XR2- maxes out at A617 with the 2.0 motor swap.

I wouldn't be surprised if the 99 Viper was too quick either.
