I'd agree with this. Go forward with 3-5 active dev, and add people only if the 3-5 are over burdened and we find willing and capable candidates

i say 3-5 because i think we can reasonably have that many truly active members, and allows for some group think without getting bogged down

I've been actively testing things for the staff for multiple series as well as making spreadsheets (yeah I know its not building cars but its development nonetheless). Feel like I could be a great fit for this as I have a lot I can bring to the table

I generally stay quiet until i've finished, but yeah ive done alot of testing, and done a fair bit for the VEC and the same as Madara, i record all laps etc. I would love to stay part of the Dev team.

I'm happy to stay as Dev team, I think with events being tested the testing has been done, if there is anything coming up I'd be happy to test with the members who have Been devs for a while, I don't know what people have done recently hence the quietness

Great to see the comments guys I generally know what people are doing but after the post from RR we need a shake up as he is 100% right so if we keep 6 in here you will be split into 2 teams of 3 this will be much more effective for prepping events.

As long as I know what people want me to do I'm quite happy to get on with it
