Feeler for a Project Car series.......

Thought I'd give P Cars another blast for the first time in months as TURNS V8's had finished and I fancied a change and I must say I bloody enjoyed it. Thought I'd therefore get a feeler to see if anyone would be interested in running a mini series on Project Cars in the New Year if I host it. Was thinking either Group 5 series (BMW and Ford Zakspeed), Group A series (merc, BM and Sierra cozzy), possibly multi class series with both those groups or a single class Prototype 2 series (Caterham, Palmer Sport & Radical).

That depends on what people would prefer and assuming cars are balanced well etc. Thinking short 5 race series, races approx 30 - 45 mins in length so tyre wear/fuel etc comes into play (again, depending on people's preference) and with a mix of tracks that are not on Forza 6 with different times of day and weather changeable, either set, or random (again, to be decided based on everyone's preference).

So if anyone is interested let it be known and if we get a decent amount of people interested I'll get the ball rolling with a little help from the ever helpful TURN Staff ;)

we've been keeping an eye on how project cars has improved as well. There are still a few things that can cause the game to dashboard, which is unfortunate, but the race cars and tracks feel amazing (especially on a wheel). I'll be watching to see how this evolves.

I think if all the problems with PCARS are sorted out then this could gain a lot of traction - it will be getting people interested in making the transition back to Pcars as it's such a different game and people are used to forza again now.

I think if you make the series as simple as possible, things like Forumla c/b so no-one has to learn how to tune again on there I think people would be more inclined to participate!
