Relay race event

Its kind of hard explain a single thing in english, but im gonna try:
i have been thinking about how to do a relay race on Forza and this is what i'm proposing.
Daytona, 2 people each team 1 person on the grid and the other waiting in the park area before the chicane
the car that starts completes a fixed given number of laps and go to that parking area where his team mate are waiting him.
the transition between the two cars must be inside this area and with both cars on movement, the relay happens when the car that ends his stint gently (is easier than it sounds) impacts with the rear bumper of the car which takes the relay.
that is the main idea. it would be a single event, more like a game than as a championship or serious competition.
match setup: i dont know how to set the match to end the race
car: maybe wtcc
what do you think? is it worth to try it?
