I really suggest you watch your stream back. Incase you missed it.I also get rear ended at 13:12 on the stream. In turn 2 i was AHEAD, you even hear the commentaror say i had taken the lead before i was pushed onto the grass. And if turn 3 wasnt specified as illegal or not crossing the white line i still have one tyre on the white line through turn 3. Absolute joke that its been placed on me and as formultiple hits after the incident. I toiched him once due to him coming back across in the braking zone...
Turn 2 - You made no effort of coming across to stay on the tarmac and just continued on straight, so I did. By TURN rules you actually stayed on the track as your right tires were on the curb.
Turn 3 - I was AHEAD and took the racing line which I am completely entitled to do as the LEAD CAR. You don't have one tire on the white line, you are completely over and it baffles me how the stewards think it wasn't defined as every race the track limit is the white line, unless there is a curb on that particular part of the track, sadly there is no curb.
Clause 1.7.1) states 'Causing contact with a competitor in front, either by missing braking point, or failing to react in time to car in front, which results in contact 's a punishable offence. Not only did you fail to react in time to the car in front's movements, you missed the braking point as didn't adjust your driving stance two corners post this incident.
This in turn leads to Clause 1.7.4) 'Creating contact which results in opponent losing position and/or track time' - you clearly didn't adjust your style to avoid the lead car taking the racing line, and tagged the rear of my car causing loss of track time.
It's baffling to me and also a senior TURN Staff member this is only a warning for you Breeze. Especially given previous awarding of penalties by the stewarding team.
You mentioned I 'rear ended you on 13.12' unfortunately you forget to mention the incident around that time where you felt the need to apologise for turning into me when I was down the inside of you, taking us both wide and causing position loss. Works both ways mate.
Look at this objectively stewards.

But there was a kerb on turn 3? And a white line. Sorry i missed where they said the limit on that corner. I was perfectly ready to brake at my point and was on my line. Your car caught me out by coming across. And you was ahead but my car was also along side. Its NOT going to dissappear. I also jad to go straight in 2 because your car was there and i didnt expect it to dissapear so i stayed straight so i didnt hit you onto the grass on the right.. And which senior member is that as i would like to know why this has been discussed without me? Surely both sides should speak to the stewards? And put their case across? If not thats just one sided...
It's that limit on every corner, unless specified. So yes you did miss it because it was the rule they always apply unless otherwise said. Not said = that rule.
I just watched it back and I came across plenty before the braking point. As I said, by TURN rules in turn 2 you were not off track as you still had 2 wheels on the curb.
I've just walked it through with another TURN member of staff and they are of the same opinion.
Not sure why you should be included as apparently you haven't included me in any of your discussions with them. Again - works both ways. As I said - wasn't with the stewards, it was with senior members of staff who now understand the issue.
