The TURN Incident Reviews process is subject to change at any time for any reason.

All TURN competitors are encouraged to be as clean and fair as possible when racing outlined in the TURN 2015 CODE OF CONDUCT, but at times there are incidents that require a second look to make sure driving standards are enforced with the possibility of penalties being delivered. If you feel you have an incident that warrants a review due to actions that severely go against the rules of TURN, then please use the following actions:


FILING A REVIEW

All reviews must be given within 48 hours of the event being completed. If it's presented after 48 hours have passed, the review can no longer be credible. Every review must be presented by video evidence. For more detailed information on how to record gameplay video clips with XBOX Game DVR GO HERE

Description: F4H Chrisupra bumps The British 1st coming out of the chicane complex, then pushes The British 1st wide in the T1-3 complex, resulting in both cars losing a position to another driver.

Stewards Decision: After review the incident we have decided to take no further action as after viewing the replay it is clear that this was a racing incident. Contact was made by both parties, resulting in a net loss of one position by both drivers, however the positions did not change between the two affected drivers.

Offense: Illegal Passing


Description: The British 1st cuts the first chicane on lap one, gaining advantage over another driver in the process. He then follows up with another cut at the 2nd chicane, but this time makes contact with an already spun out car ahead. In doing so passes multiple cars.

Stewards Decision: The 1st chicane while he did cut it would have been fine as a one time incident however in the 2nd chicane he was clearly committed to cutting the corner and as a result hit a driver who had spun and made a position and failed to give the spot back

Tier 1 Penalty: 4-place Grid Penalty and 4-point driver's points deduction, 3-race probation

Description: This driver was found to abuse track limits multiple times during the event. Stewards were called in to investigate

Stewards Decision: LMR Hybrid has been found guilty of excessive or intentional corner cutting per site guidelines

Description: F4H Xyloto dive bombs XPR Chicain on entry of the 2nd chicane, causing contact and both cars end up in the barrier at mid corner.

Stewards Decision: Based on the evidence it is clear that this was unintentional. F4H Xylot does cause XPRChicain to lose 1 position and a decent chunk of time. However that being said this was Xyloto's first offense and Chicain didn't take any damage

Description: Runs wide on the exit of parabolica

Stewards Decision: No Further action is needed as this is a legal move at Monza it doesn't shorten the track at all. This area only adds distance to the lap as you have to get over further down the straight.
