I was doing exactly 5% of fuel every lap, thus I could do 20 laps. The Mclaren would have easily done a 1 stop!
So yes, the Mclaren would only had to do 4.54% each lap. And to be honest, it really only had to do 4.58% each lap as on a out lap it would have only used around 2% of fuel.
You need to remember that TCS drivers run MORE fuel. Approximately 1 lap more in essense to a no TCS driver. This is due to being on the power more and possibly the TCS sapping some of the fuel (for some reason).
I'll check Monza, I didn't test them for Catalunya as I thought you guys had it already handled.
All I need to know is; What is the most Fuel Efficient car? (Probably Mclaren) - and what is the least Fuel Efficient car? (Ferrari or Audi)...
