DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP
This will be a championship fought by each driver for themselves. The total amount of points at the end of the series will determine the drivers champion.
TEAMS CHAMPIONSHIP
A team will be made up of up to three drivers, all driving the same car. This championship will be scored by the total points scored by the top two drivers for each race meeting, over the course of the championship.
PRIVATEER CHAMPIONSHIP
A privateer is a registered solo driver who will compete for the drivers championship and a privateer championship.
- Team Driver Changes
For the length of the entire series from Round 1 until the Final no team driver changes will be allowed.
- Substitute Drivers
For the length of the entire series from Round 1 until the Final no substitute drivers will be allowed.
- Dropped Round
For the length of the entire series you may drop one round or enter all and have your lowest scoring round dropped. Also to clarify that while there is a dropped round for each driver we will not drop scores for teams championship.
- Race Meeting
We ask that all competitors are on Xbox Live 15 minutes prior to the start of the race meeting, make sure their NAT settings are setup correct, and appearing online to everyone. Any competitor who does not follow these runs a very high risk of not receiving an invite, or being able to compete.
Each competitor must also post "IN" in the relevant race meeting thread on the TURN forums, until ONE hour before the race meeting at the very latest. Anyone who doesn't post “IN” in this time frame will not compete.
RACE
Race will begin in a rolling start in order of qualifying positions .
1. The grid will start under rolling start, competitors will be instructed to drive in single file at speeds that do not exceed 100 MPH (160 KPH), Race control reserves right to lower maximum speed if needed.
2. Upon on reaching a predetermined point on circuit drivers will be instructed to stay in single file at speeds that do not exceed 60 MPH (96KPH)
3. The driver in pole position will ask if the last place driver is lined up in formation and the lead drivers will accelerate after instructing “Green Green Green”, race conditions will begin upon “Green Green Green!” command.
Pace Car - Driver
4. The Pace Car Driver is responsible for the safe operation of the Pace Car at the direction of Control. The Pace Car Driver must take steps to ensure that the Pace Car is utilized correctly as per race director or Lobby Host instructions.
Settings
- Collisions during all races will be on, and set with Simulation Damage. the ABS and STM will be forced off, CLUTCH will be forced on but other assists will be allowed , Steering will be a choice between "simulation" & "normal" and open choice on racing line.
The race will be roughly 90 mins in length, denoted by a set number of laps. Racing conditions will end at the chequered flag, racing to end the lobby race session.
Mandatory Pit Stops
Pitstops
1. Drivers will be instructed on pitstop race conditions by Race Control but must make sure they are familiar with the specific championship series rules
There will be mandatory one pit-stop required during all races in this season. Additional pit-stops to repair damage are allowed as required.
Pit Stops must not take place within the first two laps nor the final two laps of a race session.
2.For the F4H Scuderia Endurance we will be using a qualifying procedure that will put your qualifying time entirely in your hands , We will be allowing drivers to qualify themselves with no ruling on what assists are used so if you feel like using the auto brake you can but do take note that on race days ABS and STM will be forced off and the CLUTCH will be enforced.
2.To qualify for each race you will have a set five day period to post your lap time in the relevant thread , as the races will be held on Sunday evenings you will have from Monday to Friday to post your times.
3.Posting your times , this is the important part as just writing your time is not acceptable you must provide a image/screen shot of your lap time showing the time if you are doing this from the in game screen you must change your view to in car to show the track ,car used and the car PI , this can be taken from the leaderboard or if not a personal best then image can be taken from the end of session screen once you are happy with your time.
4.Once posted your time becomes official and can not be updated so one make sure you are happy with your time and two please do not edit your posts as they will be unclassified and will result in you starting at the back of the grid.
5,Non posting of times will be classed as a DNQ and you will start at the back of the lobby , if you do not have or wish to post your lap time to the forum you may qualify in a lobby with either a TURN or F4H rep whom will post the time for you.
Liveries can be anything you like as long as:
* Its not offensive
* It doesn't include any direct tobacco sponsorship
* It has sponsors
* It has the mandatory vinyls for the TURN window banner correct location.
* It includes your designated TURN Race Number.
* It has the correct event number box
Team paints must have the same paint scheme on all cars, but can have minor variances in colours and sponsorship. Minor changes exclude primary and secondary colours based on car coverage.
Mandatory Vinyls
Sides of the car must include your TURN Race Number. and the mandatory Number Boxes are required for the series they are availavle on the storefront of F4H Devil, Fonts can vary, but numbers must be readable and represent your TURN race number.
The car bonnet/hood must include your TURN Race Number and the mandatory number box ,Fonts can vary, but numbers must be readable and represent your TURN race number.
The window banner must be the TURN website address - http://www.TheUltimateRacingNetwork.com - and placed either on, or just above the window banner , this excludes Prototype vehicles.
