I used a method using qualifying times and averages for drivers it was not perfect but better than losing a whole stint , I do have 1 or 2 issues to iron out for VEC I will be looking to add some form of distance calculator to the docs for future events so everyone can look into lost distances.
one major issue I was not able to account for was running out of fuel tbh I didn't think anyone would so that's another thing to look at.
