Race Series: Masters NA
Race number: 01
Lobby: A1
Track: Laguna Seca
Driver: Raceboy77

Offense: Unsafe Driving/Showboating + unsafe rejoin

Description: Driver has been found to be showboating during the pace lap at turn 1 as well as during race conditions at turn 10 on the final lap. On the pace lap driver almost comes into contact with a competitor's vehicle when rejoining after performing a 360-degree spin.

Beginning of the pace lap:

the final lap at turn 10:

Stewards Decision:

This type of behaviour is reckless and will not be tolerated from anyone. Showboating has no place in racing, and as such we levy the following verdict: A written warning and a series probation. Any repeat of this incident will result in a series/site ban.

Race Series: Masters NA
Race number: 02
Lobby: A1
Track: Catalunya National
Driver: TLR Gearhead V

Offense: 1.7) Causing Contact, 1.6) Illegal Position Gain, Mic Behavior (Stated in Driver's Code)

Description: on lap 10 Gearhead is seen to have made contact with F4H Stingray coming out of the corner, forcing Stingray wide to the point of Stingray dropping two wheels off-course. Then the following corner dive-bombs Stingray and also making contact with F4H Diablo. Gearhead also did not redress the situation by giving Stingray the position back. Witnesses have also spoken stating that there was nothing heard from Gearhead as far as calling out the pass.

Video Evidence:

reverse view:

Stewards Decision: The Initial Contact is being deemed a Racing Incident, and the Secondary Contact was worsened by the lag occurring at the same time, so it is difficult to determine how bad the fallout would have likely been.

However, at this time TLR Gearhead V is being given a warning due to the fact that the microphone was not utilized during the incident to inform F4H Stingray that he was still on his inside going into the section where the Secondary Contact occurred.

A functioning microphone is one of the requirements of being able to race at TURN, and must be used to avoid incidents such as this from happening.

Warnings last either 2 full weeks or the next race in the series, whichever one takes longer.

storefront replay - "US MASTERS R4 A LOBBY"

Tier-3 PENALTY - 12-place Grid penalty to be served at the next Official race entered, 12-point deduction in the driver/team standings, 9-race probation.
Probation = Double Penalty if another infraction is committed during penalty period.

Stewards Decision: Competitors must be aware of their surroundings so they can brake in a timely manner as to avoid hitting a car in front of them. Also competitors need to make better decisions on when to perform a pass and not appear to be aiming for a particular competitor.

Race Series: Masters NA Series 1
Race number: 5
Lobby: A
Track: Sebring
Driver: F4H Diablo

Offense: 1.7) Causing Contact: 1.7.1, 1.7.2

Description: Lap ? Turn 1 - Diablo misjudges his braking point relative to TLR Eclipses, resulting in contact.

Video Evidence: Video relevant to Steward's Inquiry is at 0:49-1:00

https://youtu.be/M1-DLbiq4Gw

Stewards Decision: Verdict: Written Warning

The stewards find the contact to be avoidable, but resulted in a minor collision and TLR Eclipse was able to make the corner (albeit a car width wider than the racing line).

The Stewards would like to point out that any SI filed should be strictly between the poster and the offender, and not the poster on behalf of another wronged driver. Please use the evidence video above as an example of this.

Race Series: Masters NA Series 1
Race number: 5
Lobby: A
Track: Sebring
Driver: F4H Diablo

Offense: 1.7) Causing Contact: 1.7.1

Description: Lap 1 Turn 1 - F4H Diablo bump-drafts TPR Blazer

Video Evidence: Video relevant to Steward's Inquiry is at 0:18-0:31

Stewards Decision: Tier-1 Penalty

Although the contact is minor, it pushes TPR Blazin wide for the next corner. Coupled with the other incident already investigated, which yielded a written warning, this inquiry results in F4H Diablo receiving a Tier 1 penalty.
