Description: NEWFIE come up the inside of Stug77 going into the 2nd corner of the area section. The two make contact, sending stug into the gravel.

Stewards Decision: It is the stewards decision that this is deemed a racing incident. Nothing was wrong with what NEWFIE did based on the given evidence. He was along side with Stug for quite a distance prior to contact. Considering the same type of contact happened two corners before, it appears that Stug wasn't fully aware of where NEWFIE was on track at the time.

It is also of note that the two drivers should have communicated better to allow Stug to safely yield on the straight to let NEWFIE pass (blue flag rules).
