All TURN competitors are encouraged to be as clean and fair as possible when racing outlined in the TURN 2016 CODE OF CONDUCT, but at times there are incidents that require a second look to make sure driving standards are enforced with the possibility of penalties being delivered. If you feel you have an incident that warrants a review due to actions that severely go against the rules of TURN, then please use the following actions:
FILING A REVIEW

Stewards Decision:Written Warning: We have decided to issue a warning to TPR zermatt as no one was near when he did it however it is still classified as Unsportsmanlike conduct and if it happens again will be penalized
Description: Coming onto the final straight towards the checkered flag, mrstepanov gets a better run off the final corner and looks like he will nudge ahead of MID LAND ZETA before they cross the finish line. Just before they cross, MID LAND ZETA comes across driver's left, making contact with mrstepanov, allowing him to retain position and finish ahead of him by 3ft (0.010s).
Stewards Decision: We have decided to award mrstepanov the position for this race and to move MID LAND ZETA back 1 position. This simply swaps their finishing position. This is because this contact happened on the last lap at the line it is considered a block as it is clear that was the intent of the contact so MID LAND would stay ahead at the line. This is also unsportsmanlike as it does give mrstepanaov the chance that he had earned as he had already pulled along side MID LAND. This is also Avoidable Contact as well as it was on a straight on the last lap at the line.
