CHAMPIONSHIPS

Drivers, Privateers and Teams are supported within this event. Teams are formed by no more than three drivers, no less than two.
At the end of the series there will be an overall champion crowned.

There will be 2 drop rounds in this championship. Drop scores DO count towards team standings.

LIVERY

The only MANDATORY requirements are the TURN URL above the windscreen and on each side of the car and your TURN driver number on each side of the car and the bonnet/hood.

QUALIFYING

Qualifying rooms will open at 8:45pm BST where all drivers will then receive an invite from their ROOM HOST. Qualifying will take place at 9:00pm BST . Qualifying will be set to 6 laps, 1 warm up lap, 4 flying laps. Your fastest time will then contribute to form the grid. On lap 6 pull over at turn 1, stop and wait for the host to give instructions. Any drivers that lag out or leave the session will have their best time used as displayed by the results screen. However, if a qualifying lap wasn't completed a new qualifying session will be started.

RACE

Race rooms will open once Qualifying is completed and the times are collected and ordered. Please be patient as this process can take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete, but once finalized, all drivers will receive an invite from a selected room host. If you do not receive an invite within 30 minutes, please get in contact with the Clerk of Course via Party Chat and he will resolve the situation.

The races will begin with a Pace Lap for the standing start on Lap 2, and will be controlled by the Pole Sitter. The Pole Sitter will call out a start time to indicate the start. Race 2 grid order will be reversed finishing order from race 1. We will NOT be using the grid slots marked on the track, Instead the lead car will line up at the start/finish line on his/her chosen side with each car then lining up no less than 50ft apart.

There is NO mandatory pit stop in race 1, Race 2 will have mandatory pit stops details will be given in the lobby and can also be found in the event calendar section. You may use the pits to repair any damage. Whenever a driver enters or leaves the pits, they must call this out to the rest of the lobby. You must also keep 2 tires within the painted white lines denoting the edge of the track, to ensure no shortcutting. When exiting the pit lane, you must stay to the side(within the white line) until you have got up to racing speed. Do not feed onto the racing line because this is dangerous.

RESTARTS

A restart will only take place if the following happens:
- The lobby has been setup wrong
- Drivers lag out within their first lap. In the event that 1 player only lags out, he will then start at the back of the grid. If more than one driver lags out, the race will restart as the original qualifying results
- Racing collision involving 3 or more cars within the first lap
- Large lag related crash within the first lap

POINTS

However, if you retire after 75% race completion, you will receive last placed points for your lobby.

CONNECTION ISSUES

FINAL SUGGESTIONS

TURN events are catered for fun, clean, competitive racing and all skill levels are welcomed to participate but all we ask is that you are committed to the event. This means, if you sign up to an event, you should complete it. If you are not committed, then TURN isn't for you. Please remember that communication is vital when participating. Chances cannot be taken that will risk other drivers. No one's race should ever be ruined by someone else's mistake.

This series is run in accordance to both these series rules and the 2015 Code of Conduct, with any punishable offences relating to on and off track behaviour being brought before the Racing Stewards and the Penalty Rules, so please read through them and understand what is expected of you.
