Absolutely gutted about hockenheim, though I had a crummy race I would never do anything purposely to gain an advantage. I was checking the lap times as I went in the pit, it was only when I closed the lap times before pit exit I realised what was wrong, though I thought the car still pulled in propperly. During the race I did anounce to everyone that my car had not been refueled/tires changed in the pit lane. I had no idea that the car did not stop correctly until I checked the replay of it yesterday. It simply never came up in any discussion that this was a glitch so I did not know that this was a problem. So yeah pretty bummed about the DQ but I respect the decision. Roll on Nurburgring.
Thats very unlucky Gav. We all knew the situation in the lobby, and i know 100% you wouldnt of intentionally set out to gain an advantadge. I'm surprised an S.I has been filed by someone.
Lamb Chop i guess you can take it as a Learning experience dude, i believe only time you can Check the Laptimes in the Pits is after you have pulled into the pit box, but unlucky dude and hope for a good race tomorrow.
Top respect for being honest and decent with us although our eyes are fully aware now (if anyone's weren't already before) that Forza does have some flawed infrastructure that can be abused in the wrong hands. I'm sure most of these things are found inadvertently so it's logical that there are people who will fall foul of it for inadvertent reasons.
Looking forward to Nurb, in hindsight Hockenheim was a bit crap with kerbs but still a good battle and test of character.
