Big plus one from me for enabling the quick reply option.
However it does not work in all the places of the forum strangely.
Mostly topics in the community section.
Example:

I know currently PCars doesn't have a livery/number editor, but I think it would be a good idea to get number assignments out of the way while the place is still growing to be on the safe side.
