Hey All,
I obviously know there is a patch due soon however after doing the controller setting changes that have been publicised the only issues I seem to have on the game now are:
* Sound cutting out through turtle beaches when braking, riding curbs & grass-tracking
* No feedback through triggers when braking (close to/and locking up) and accelerating (losing traction on corner exit) etc.
I've searched forums, web pages etc. but no answer seems to be 100% clear whether the patch will resolve these two issues (maybe if you are more techy aware it makes sense, alas techy I aint). Therefore can anyone give a simple answer as to whether the patch will resolve these two issues?
Obviously sound is not so major as I can play with TV volume up (although annoying for other players in party/game chat, not to mention my poor neighbours listening to the scream of V8's and V12's for hours on end....lol).
My main beef though is the fact that Project Cars doesn't utilise the rumble triggers even though on SMS FAQ page in the build up to the game being released they said it would (which was removed at some point as I cant see it now). To me this is quite a major thing as I drive with no assists and the rumble of the triggers is the best way to "feel" the car when driving on, or close to the limit. So far I would say this is probably the only aspect where Forza outshines P Cars and I'm desperately hoping they do start using this great feature that was new with the XB1 so I can pack away my F5 copy into the archives.
Cheers all,
Munky
