Ahhhh this is doing my nut in. It does not seem to matter how big the picture is, or wether its a .png or a jpeg URL. I have no idea whats up with this. this is the size of the picture, funnily enough I can put the picture in my post but not as my signature.

It shows up normal on the mobile version.

Have you tried PM'ing Cyphon or HeyStack?

I forgot to reply to this, I tried to go into your account to force it in but yeah is the size that's the problem. Have you tried to resize through an external site like tinypic.com or similar?

Something is definitely wrong here I just tried to preview a sig with another members sig picture url and I still get the same message. In edit sig all I am doing is simply putting the [img]....[/img] with the image URL in between, as far as I know that's all I need to do, right? and so far I have tried this tiny images and typical image sizes, PNGs and JPEGS all to no avail. I'm gonna have to PM Cyphon/Heystack later on.

I have had problems trying to update Chrisupra's sig as well, and it's only about 460x180 like our other team sigs.

hrm...looks like when we had server issues a while back, our host reset our php.ini, which disabled automated url file opens (for things like checking the image dimensions). I've resolved this and loaded his signature to the current max signature width: 720px

@LambChop - Your current signature resides on our servers. Please move a copy to your your own host and reference it that way. I can't guarantee that your signature will stay on our server indefinitely.

for future forum issues Clay (F4H XessIV) and Shane (LER VisionThing) are the first stops as community managers / primary forum admins, then me if its beyond what they can solve.
