I have done some research, but am not finding a definitive answer.

The questions is whether or not xbox one hard copy games are region coded. All previous gaming machines have been. All digital versions of the games are. In a release prior to the xbox one launch, xbox stated that any copy purchased at a retail outlet will not be region coded. This was announced prior to the initial launch, and I don't know if it is still true.

The reason:

I WANT PROJECT CARS NOW DAMNIT!!!!! And I am planning on purchasing it in Dubai soon.

They normally say on the back of the case like DVDs do just looked at mine and it says nothing about region.
